Mindsets.

Doesn’t that cheeseburger look great?

We all like air, but this is taking it too literally. When you get done training. Air is the one thing we cannot get enough of.

Close your eyes.

Take a breath; quick & normal.

Open your eyes. Read the rest:

When we don’t relate to something or someone, it usually makes us feel like something is wrong with us, too

Differences make the population. They make the culture. Especially in the city, but there is a ongoing food movement.

A general consciousness awakening. There is enough data to prove what we eat matters. The meals & the choices thereof, dictate how the body repairs and rebuilds itself.

I wish these bowls were mashed potatoes.

and then it all makes starts to make sense.

I grew up with chicken & rice or macaroni & cheese with six other people four meals every week. Four of these said brothers are over six feet tall.

There is so much I never even questioned; butters, milks, and breads. Never drank coffee. Just milk or water (some days chocolate milk).

If I had known what an acai berry was and ways to make beautiful, colorful, natural, vegan sauces and foods. I would be a different person top to bottom.

My basketball training would have coexisted with what my body was craving. My brothers would be in the NBA or overseas.

Why weren’t we informed? Or did I miss it?

We just were bussed to cities and had limited food options, especially since we ate so much.

McDonald’s

Wendy’s

Ryan’s

Golden Corral

Pizza. (not complaining)

These were the choices, though.

Times change.

Food is constant.

We need it to survive.

Let’s grow more.

Let’s rebuild.

God made our bodies regenerate and repair. We need the right fuel.
